He is an old-school thug and not particularly quick or efficient, sometimes even self-destructive. Last seen: Taking part in a wild car chase that somehow ended up in a box of fishes. If you see this suspect, please proceed with caution and bring him back to City Police Station by any means required, including, but not limited to: Magnets, fishing nets, traps, hypnosis etc.
