What do you do when you feel worried?
Hey LEGO Lifers! Ever felt your muscles tense up, your heart rate skyrocket, or your mouth go all dry? I don't mean when you’re playing sports, I'm talking about when you feel REALLY worried!
When it happens to me, I take a Worry Break. That’s when I tell myself things that give me a boost. Like, “You're stronger than you think” and “You've got this!". It’s the same positive stuff you’d say to a friend who feels upset!
